Back to School, Back to YOU!
With the beginning of the school year upon us, there can be mixed emotions. Yes, the traffic will get worse, there will be homework to do, checks to write for school activities, and schedules to implement. Gone will be the carefree days of staying up late and sleeping in...not nagging the children to do an assignment or even take a shower!
On the flip side, a "routine" can be great! With structure comes the known...you may find you have a little time to yourself each day. You can get back to exercising regularly, attending to work-related items that may have been falling by the wayside (like blogging), or even meeting a friend for a grown-up playdate/lunch.
This can be YOUR TIME...enjoy it! Think about what would be good for you - read a book, take a walk, go to your favorite chiropractor. We've all heard the saying, "Without your health, you have nothing." How true that is! By taking better care of yourself, you will be able to take better care of the other people in your life, too.
